Auto Loan For Sure's matching service matches consumers with prospective vendors participating in Auto Loan For Sure's network of Auto Loan For Sure vendors ("participating vendors"). To use the service, you must complete one or more online forms that request specific information from you, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number, driver's license number and employment information. Auto Loan For Sure's collection and use of this information is subject to this site's Privacy Policy. In order to use this website or the service, you must agree to these terms and conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.
Once you submit the form(s) to Auto Loan For Sure, we share your information with one or more participating vendors. By submitting the form(s), you understand and agree that you are submitting an inquiry about a loan product to Auto Loan For Sure and each of the participating vendors to whom Auto Loan For Sure transmits your loan request. By submitting the form(s), you are extending an express request to Auto Loan For Sure and each of their participating vendors with whom your information is shared to contact you by any means (including, without limitation, email, telephone, text and direct mail) so that they may assist you with your transaction or provide information to you about additional offers in which you may be interested.
Participating vendors who receive your information from Auto Loan For Sure review your information in real-time to determine whether your information meets the vendor's loan qualification criteria. Participating vendors may, among other things, verify your social security number, perform a credit check, and review your information against national databases that tracks consumer transactions with lending institutions. By submitting the form, you agree to allow participating vendors to review, verify, and research your information in such manner.
Auto Loan For Sure is not a vendor and does not make loan or credit decisions in connection with its loan matching service nor does it guarantee acceptance into any particular loan program or specific loan terms of conditions with any participating vendor. Auto Loan For Sure does not guarantee that the price, product, availability, rates, fees, or any other loan terms offered and made available by participating vendors through the loan matching service are the best terms available in the current market.
Auto Loan For Sure does not endorse or recommend the products or any particular vendor. It is not an agent of you or any participating vendor. Auto Loan For Sure is not involved with the vendor's use and/or review of your application information or in making a determination about whether you meet a particular vendor's loan qualification criteria. The vendor is solely responsible for its services to you, and you agree that Auto Loan For Sure shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the loan matching service. You understand that participating vendors may keep your application information, whether or not you are qualified for a loan with them.
Auto Loan For Sure reserves the right to change any information, features and/or functions of the loan matching service without prior notice. Auto Loan For Sure reserves the right to deny you access to all or part of the services without prior notice. It specifically disclaims any responsibility for any errors or delays in providing the loan matching services caused by errors in any of the application information provided by you or by any technical problems beyond its control.
Auto Loan For Sure is not an actual lender, and therefore does not make credit decisions or determine actual APRs (Annual Percentage Rate) if you are connected with a lender. We direct your attention to your lender for the full and appropriate disclosure of both the interest rate and APR for your loan.
By submitting your loan request, you are providing express written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for each lender to whom we transmit your information to obtain, in response to your inquiry, a credit check or consumer report from a consumer reporting agency. This credit check can include a hard pull, which may impact your credit score.
By submitting your loan request, you are providing express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act to be contacted by each lender to whom we transmit your information, and their affiliates and service providers, by telephone at the numbers you have provided, even if your phone number is on any Do-Not-Call registry, and you agree to receive telemarketing calls or SMS text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system or that use a prerecorded voice. Consent is not required in order to purchase goods and services from us or the lenders that reach out to you.
